Terms & Conditions
- An RFID is required to be adhered to each vehicle on the membership account. No exceptions will be made.
- RFID tags cannot be transferred from vehicle to vehicle or be used on vehicles that are not signed up to an RVA Wash Club membership. RFID tags are to be used only for the vehicles they are initially signed up and associated with. RFID tags cannot be taped to windshields/other areas of a vehicle and must be fully adhered. Violation of this policy will result in cancellation of the membership account.
- Membership is not valid for vehicles that cannot fit on the conveyor or are unable to ride through our conveyorized tunnels. All posted disclaimer rules apply to club member vehicles.
- Membership accounts cannot be refunded for inactivity or lack of use.
- Membership fee will be automatically billed to your credit or debit card each month and each month thereafter until such time as the agreement is terminated by you or Flagstop Car Wash.
- If separate credit or debit cards are needed to pay for the membership on separate vehicles, our team is to be notified as separate accounts must be made.
- Monthly payment will be billed on the day corresponding to the commencement date. If the commence date is the 29th-31st of any month, the charge will be changed to the 28th of every month beginning the following February.
- This program cannot be combined with any other programs, discounts, or Flagstop Car Wash gift cards.
- Flagstop Car Wash reserves the right to modify or cancel this program or any membership at any time for any reason with or without notice.
- Membership is transferable upon purchase of a new vehicle and upon notice to Flagstop Car Wash.
- Cancellations must be made 48 hours in advance of the next scheduled charge date. Refunds will not be given for late cancellations.
To Change Or Cancel Your Membership
- Visit www.flagstopcarwash.com/rva-washclub and fill out the appropriate form online.
- Email email@example.com with your request.
- Call (804) RVA-WASH (782-9274) extension one (1) and speak with our customer service department.
*Please allow up to two (2) business days for changes and cancellations to be made. Refunds will not be given for last-minute cancellation or for partial periods.
